Sometimes, when something feels “off” with our pets, it’s not just about them – it’s about us too. These sessions are a gentle space for you to explore what your animal might be mirroring back to you. Whether it’s anxiety, overwhelm, people-pleasing, or old emotional wounds, our animals often reflect what we’re holding onto without realising. Reflective Support Sessions are guided by humanistic principles – rooted in empathy, compassion and curiosity – and are informed by my training in mental health and counselling. I won’t give you advice or diagnosis, but I will offer a confidential, emotionally safe space where you and your pet can be heard and understood. You don’t need to have a pet issue to book. These sessions are also for people who are simply looking for emotional support, self-reflection, or healing space – with or without their animals. Some things we might explore: What your animal’s behaviour could be reflecting in you The emotional bond and how it impacts your nervous system Grief, stress or anxiety related to your animal’s wellbeing Patterns or wounds your animal may be helping you bring to light How to support your animal’s healing and your own, side by side These sessions are about slowing down, tuning in, and finding meaning in the relationships we hold most dear – the ones that often go unspoken. 👉 Available via Zoom or in person (Hampshire area – travel costs apply).
