🌿Terms and Conditions🌿
1. Introduction
At Animal Soul Sync, my goal is to create meaningful connections between you and your beloved animals, whether living or passed. I believe in the importance of honouring the energy and emotions of each animal I communicate with, and I strive to do so with respect and authenticity. One of my main focuses as an animal communicator is helping animals deal with emotional trauma, anxiety and to give them a voice. Healing comes in many forms and my goal is to support your animal through their healing journey.
These terms and conditions outline the basis on which I provide my services and the expectations for both parties involved.
2. Booking Process
To book a session, clients must complete the booking form on my website www.animalsoulsync.com or get in touch directly through email, Whatsapp or social media. Once a booking is confirmed, full payment is required prior to the session, unless otherwise agreed.
Sessions are available in the following formats:
-
Photo Connection: I connect remotely with your animal’s energy using a photograph. You will receive a report from me with details of what your animal shared with me.
-
Virtual Connection: Conducted via Zoom, WhatsApp, or FaceTime, allowing real-time communication between you, your pet, and me.
-
In-Person Connection: For clients based within Hampshire (unless otherwise discussed), I visit your location to engage with your animal on-site.
-
Follow-up Sessions: Regular Check-in plans or one-off follow-ups are available, particularly if your animal is dealing with ongoing behavioural or health concerns. These are at a discounted price, only available after an initial session. They are available for virtual connections only. See regular check in plans for their own policy details.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required upon booking for all services unless previously discussed. Payments can be made via my website, bank transfer or PayPal. Once payment is received, the session will be confirmed.
4. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, but please respect that my time is valuable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Clients who fail to provide adequate notice may forfeit their payment. You are entitled to reschedule your appointment once if 24 hours' notice is provided, but after that, further changes may incur additional fees.
If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, I will provide either a full refund or offer a rescheduled time to suit your convenience.
5. Travel Fees for In-Person Sessions
For in-person sessions, I charge £15 per hour from my base in PO7 (UK) to your location, travel fees apply both ways. Travel fees must be covered by the client and will be calculated and agreed upon before the session. I serve primarily within Hampshire and the surrounding areas but am open to travelling further with prior arrangement.
6. Session Duration and Extra Time
The initial fee covers a standard session of one hour. If more time is required beyond this, an additional charge of £35 per hour (or part thereof) will apply. This must be agreed upon before the session continues or once the hour mark approaches during our session, you will be given the option to stop the session or continue into extra time. All monies must be paid in full at the end of the session, cash or bank transfer is accepted.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
I take your privacy seriously. All personal data, including information shared during sessions, will remain confidential unless you provide explicit permission for me to share anonymised details, such as in case studies or for educational purposes. No client details or session specifics will be shared with third parties without consent.
My practice complies with GDPR regulations, and any data collected is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing you with services.
I will seek permission to share snippets and light hearted anecdotes of our time together for sharing on social media. No personal details will ever be shared.
8. Limitations of Animal Communication
It’s important to understand that animal communication, while powerful, is not a guaranteed solution to behavioural or emotional issues. I work on a telepathic level with animals, sharing messages as they come through, but I cannot predict outcomes or changes in your pet’s behaviour.
Animal communication should not be viewed as a substitute for professional veterinary care or behaviourist advice. If your pet has a health issue or requires a diagnosis, always consult a qualified veterinarian.
9. Liability
While I strive to provide the best possible experience for you and your pet, I am not responsible for any interpretations or actions taken by you based on the communication received. Likewise, I cannot be held liable for any injury or damage that may occur during in-person sessions. You are responsible for the safety of your animal and yourself during the consultation.
In some cases, I may connect with animals that have crossed over. Please note that this process is delicate, and while I aim to bring peace and comfort, I cannot guarantee the clarity or nature of the messages received.
It is also important to be aware that I am sharing your animals perspective - I cannot be held liable for sharing their thoughts, opinions and views of their world. I understand that some things may be hard to hear but as their caretaker it is important that you consider their experience and validate their feelings, no matter if they feel uncomfortable for you. Please ensure you yourself are supported after the session and seek suitable care for your own wellbeing.
10. Health & Safety During In-Person Sessions
If I am visiting your home or another location for an in-person consultation, please ensure the environment is safe for both me and your pet. Aggressive or unpredictable behaviour from your animal may result in the session being halted if I feel that the situation is unsafe. In such cases, fees still apply.
Please see the FAQ section specific to horse yard visits if I am coming out to see your horse.
It is also important to note that some sessions may be very emotional and difficult, especially if your animal has suffered trauma etc. Please remember that I am only the messenger. Any threatening behaviour, verbal or physical abuse will result in the end of the session and me leaving with all monies forfeit.
11. Client Responsibility
You, as the client, are responsible for providing accurate information about your pet, including behavioural traits and any relevant medical history. You also confirm that you have the authority to request communication on behalf of the animal.
For virtual sessions, please ensure that you have a stable internet connection and are prepared with any questions you would like to ask your pet.
It is also important to note that purposely withholding information and details about your animal is not helpful to anyone. You either believe in my services or you don't. Withholding information only damages our chances of helping your animal and is a waste of your valuable time and money. Our aim is to help your animal in whatever way possible so being able to share accurate details is vital to help them explore topics which they may otherwise try to avoid. Healing is hard for everyone so let's try to make this an easy, gentle experience for your animal and you can help do that by being open and honest.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
I reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on my website, and clients will be notified in advance of significant changes that may affect their bookings.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes or legal matters will be dealt with under the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
