I agree to pay £35 for each additional hour (or part thereof) beyond the initial hour of your booking

I agree to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. If less notice is given, the full session fee will still be charged. Appointments may be rescheduled one time only, subject to availability.

I understand that animal communication is not a substitute for medical, behavioural or nutritional care for my animal. I will seek professional help for the best welfare outcome for my animal if required.
